TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BICYCLES RENTAL

Required documents for foreign customers:

• valid passport copy
• valid driving licence copy

Payment:

Payment possibilities:

• you can pay with cash when you are renting the bike
• by payment card: client can pay by payment card (VISA, Master Card,…) whe they rent a bike; however in this case the prise increase about 4% (bank fee)
• pay by credit: client can pay by credit before they rent a bicycle, the fee has to be on the account of the company KV car s.r.o. a day before renting

Refundable deposit:

The refundable deposit is draw out during handing over a bicycle and they it is returned during bike returning. The refundable deposit is used apply to the costs incurred by the breach of the lease (for example: bicycle damage, damage of equipment.)

The lease:

The rental agreement is concluded for a fixed period from the date of signature. The lease expires at the end of the agreed rental period. The time rent bikes can be extended by prior arrangement. The client is obliged to return the bike, including all equipment at the time and place specified in the contract and in the condition it was received, taking into account normal wear and tear.

Terms of use a bicycle:

The client is obliged to use the leased bicycle with all applicable regulations, especially rules of the road and act so as to prevent damage to property or health. The client agrees to pay fines for offenses committed by him clearly in the bike lease. The client is obliged to secure the bike against theft, misuse or damage. The client is obliged to notify the lessor without delay any defects on the bike while taking effect and require repair. The lessor is not liable for damage to health and property of the client's cause.

Accident, damage and theft of a bike/ equipments:

If the bike is stolen, the client agrees to pay the lessor an amount equal to 75% of the current list price of the bike. If there is damage on the bike, the client pays the repair in full. Also, the client pays for damage or loss of equipments in full.

Delivery and picking-up:

Bike can be placed / picked up in Prague and outside Prague for a fee according to the current pricelist bike rentals.

Privacy:

The client acknowledges that he is aware of their rights regarding the protection of personal data resulting from generally binding regulations, especially in Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
